Exchange Policy

Items sold cannot be refunded nor exchanged. Items are inspected before despatch. Exchanges are only considered for prominent manufacturer's defects.
Postage charges for all exchange will be borne by buyer. The following reasons are not considered as defects :
    a. Change of mind after purchase;
    b. Slight colour differences but still in the same colour range or any other minor physical differences, thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight misalignment of seams, minor tears on seams which can be hand stitched;
    c. Button loss - replacement buttons will be sent to you. In the event that the same button is not available, we will send a full set of replacement buttons which will match your clothing;
    d. Washable minor stains and smudges (especially on light colour clothes);
    e. Sizing issues – please note that different batches of clothes may have different sizing. Hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase;
    f. Claims that the cutting of clothes is not good;
    g. Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.
All request for defective exchanges must be accompanied by zoomed in image of the defective area and exchange items MUST be received within 1 week from date of despatch of your order. Any item received that does not conform to our rules of exchanges will be void and customers will need to bear further postage & handling charges for requesting us to send back to you. If the new piece of item is not available for exchange, you will be refunded a credit of the item on our website and this credit may be used in your next order with us. We do not allow exchanges for items that had not been ordered from us previously.
